Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of the Savannah platform and website, operated by مهند معاوية للاستثمار والتجارة, trading as Savannah Business Solutions, 5 Mohamed Kamel El-Harouni St., Makram Ebeid, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

1. The service. Savannah provides cloud software for businesses, including an AI customer care agent for WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, point of sale, inventory and related tools.

2. Accounts. You must be authorised to act for the business that signs up and must keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

​

3. Your channels and content. You connect your own WhatsApp Business, Facebook and Instagram accounts and remain responsible for them, for the content you send, and for following Meta's terms and policies, including getting customer opt-in before sending marketing messages.

4. Fees. Fees are set in your plan or agreement and billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. Messaging fees charged by Meta are billed to your own Meta account.

5. Data. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

​

6. Acceptable use. You may not use the service to send spam or unlawful content, or to mislead or harm others.

​

7. Availability. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI replies may contain mistakes; your staff can review and take over any conversation.

8. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

​

9. Termination. You can stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or remain unpaid.

​

10. Changes. We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page.

​

11. Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
